Billing questions
What is actually free?
All 12 live channels, plus a rotating selection of films and series, with ad breaks. One device at a time, up to 720p, one profile. No card required.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date, so you keep what you paid for.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for ten months and get twelve — two months free. It is charged once, up front, and renews yearly unless you cancel.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops. Your profiles, list and watch history are kept, so picking the plan back up later carries on where you were. There is no cancellation fee.
How do I pay?
Card, bank transfer and mobile money in the markets that support them. The exact options appear at checkout for your country.
Are taxes included?
Prices shown include VAT or sales tax where it applies to digital services in your country. Anything additional is shown before you confirm.
How many people can share one account?
An account is for one household. Standard streams to 2 screens at once and Premium to 4, each with up to 5 profiles. Mobile is a single screen.
